The number of greatest need agents who are currently in AUX with the reason codes 1 through 9 for all splits/skills, including greatest need agents on AUXIN or AUXOUT calls. The GNINAUX1 through GNINAUX9 items are available on Avaya communiciation servers with EAS and reason codes.
