Description and usage

A spin box contains up and down arrows that you click to move through a set of values. You can also type a valid value in the box.

For any UI elements where you can either type a value or choose it from a list, use enter to describe the action. Most users are not familiar with the term spin box. You can refer to this element as a field or describe the user action.
