Enter at least one character.

At least one character must be entered.

The call center manager can create and administer this page.

This page can be created and administered by the call center manager.

Use the System Parameters Features screen to start the Call Transfer feature.

The Call Transfer feature must be activated. This is accomplished with the System Parameters Features screen.

If a field has no entry, put the disconnect tone entry in the first Frequency Used field.

If there is a field with no entry, the disconnect tone entry should be placed in the first Frequency Used field.
