Capitalization in lists

Capitalize the first word in each list item.

Exception for case-sensitive words

If the first word of a list item is a case-sensitive lowercase word, rewrite the list item. If you cannot rewrite the list item, do not capitalize the first word. For example, do not capitalize the command names in the following list.

Example

Use the following commands to get status information:

  • showalarm displays a list of alarms on the server. This command can also give information about repair actions for the alarm.

  • showdp displays the current dial plan administration.

  • showpri displays the current PRI administration and status.
