Do not begin a sentence with a numeral. Rewrite the sentence to avoid a numeral at the start, or spell out the numeral.

Better:

  • The maximum length for incoming Caller ID information is 15 characters.

  • The length of incoming Caller ID information cannot exceed 15 characters.
