Do not use he or she. In sentences where the antecedent of the pronoun is evident and not given to misinterpretations, you can use a pronoun, such as they or it, so that you do not have to repeat the noun. For example:
Frequently, the paragraph that introduces a product or solution in the book repeats the name of the product multiple times to avoid the use of pronouns.
