When System Manager is the certification authority (CA) and issuing distribution point is enabled for the certificate revocation list (CRL).

When Certificate Revocation Validation is set to an option other than None and issuing distribution point is enabled for all downloaded CRLs.

To set the issuing distribution point CRL extension to critical for downloaded CRLs, verify with the certification authority that generates the CRL.
