Configuring data center HTTP SRV records for the service FQDNs

Prolog information
In each data center, Avaya Aura® Device Services servers must be able to resolve the HTTP protocol to the service FQDN. You must configure the DNS servers in each data center to resolve the _http._tls.<domain-name> to the service FQDN for Presence Services cluster in that data center.
  1. In data center 1, configure the DNS SRV record using the following parameters:
    • Domain: <Presence Services SIP Entity FQDN>. For example: mycorp.com
    • Service: _http
    • Protocol: _tls
    • Port Number: 443
    • Host Offering Service: <Breeze-Service-FQDN>. For example: my-breeze-cluster-dc1
  2. In data center 2, repeat the same configuration as done in step 1 using the Service FQDN. For example: my-breeze-cluster-dc2.
    • Domain: <Presence Services SIP Entity FQDN>. For example: mycorp.com
    • Service: _http
    • Protocol: _tls
    • Port Number: 443
    • Host Offering Service: <Breeze-Service-FQDN>. For example: my-breeze-cluster-dc1
