On the Microsoft Front End server, use the New-CsTrustedApplicationPool cmdlet to create the application pool.
Select one of the Presence Services cluster nodes as the ComputerFqdn.
Add all additional Presence Services cluster nodes into the pool using the New-CsTrustedApplicationComputer cmdlet specifying each Presence Services node and pool created earlier.
