To use this procedure to regenerate metrics report for a specific duration, provide the start and the end dates. This section also enables you to display the latest report.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have administrative access with Security Admin role permissions to the System Manager web console.
Log in to the System Manager web console.
Navigate to ElementsCluster Administration.
In the Service URL column of the desired cluster, click Presence Services Admin.
STEP RESULT:
The system displays the Avaya Aura® Presence Services login page in a new tab.
Log in using the same credentials as the System Manager web console.
Click Metrics API ConfigurationRegenerate Report.
In Collect Metrics from, enter the date from which the report should be regenerated.
In Collect Metrics To, enter till what date the report should be regenerated.

Note:
Maximum allowed date range is 30 days. The Collect Metrics from and Collect Metrics to should be within that range.
Click Regenerate Report to generate the report.

After report regeneration, wait for few minutes to regenerate the next report to avoid the resources being overused.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The report generation takes few minutes. To view the latest report on the GUI, reload the page after 2 to 3 minutes.
