On the System Manager web console, navigate to ServicesSecurityCertificates.
Click Authority.
Under CA Functions, click Certification Authorities.
On the Manage Certification Authorities page, under List of Certification Authorities, select the active certification authority for which you want to set issuing distribution point CRL extension to critical, and then click Edit CA.
On the Edit CA page, under CRL Specific Data, in the Issuing Distribution Point on CRLs row, select the Critical check box.
