To configure Application Enablement Services Collector on Presence Services deployed in Geographic Redundant mode, Application Enablement Services Collector must be configured on Avaya Breeze® platform clusters in both data centers. During normal operations, a user enabled for presence collection through Application Enablement Services Collector is managed by the home data center as configured in Presence Profile. When the data center is not operational, the remote data center automatically takes over the collection of presence information of the user.
