On the System Manager web console, navigate to ElementsAvaya Breeze®Configuration.
Click Attributes.
On the Service Clusters tab, in the Cluster field, click the Presence Services cluster.
In the Service field, click the Presence Services service.
On the Attributes Configuration page, navigate to the System group.
In the Roster Limit: Maximum Number of Contacts field, in Effective Value, type a value between 1 and 1000 that represents the maximum number of Aura and federated presentities that an Aura watcher can add to the contact list.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The default number of users is 100.
In the Roster Limit: Maximum Number of External Watchers field, in Effective Value, type a value between 1 and 1000 that represents the maximum number of federated watchers that can add an Aura user to the contact list.

To override the default value, select the Override Default check box.
