Installing far-end Trust Certificates in Avaya Breeze® platform

Many Presence components or features require Trust Certificates to be installed into the trust store on the Avaya Breeze® platform to allow the feature software to connect securely to other servers on the network.
For example: Application Enablement Services and Exchange collectors, different types of SIP federation, and different types of XMPP federation.
  1. On the System Manager web console, navigate to ElementsAvaya Breeze®Cluster Administration.
  2. Select the Avaya Breeze® platform cluster from the list.
  3. Click Certificate ManagementInstall Trust Certificate (All Avaya Breeze Instances).
  4. On the Install Trusted Certificate page, do the following:
    1. In the Select Store Type to install trusted certificate field, click All.
    2. Click Choose File and navigate to the trust certificate file.
    3. Click Retrieve Certificate to upload the selected file to System Manager.
    4. Click Commit.
