Ensure that the Avaya Breeze® platform servers running the Presence Services are recovered / powered up.
  1. On the System Manager web console, navigate to ElementsAvaya Breeze® Cluster Administration.
  2. Select the Presence Services cluster, and change the Cluster State to Accept New Service.
