Use this procedure to create a display name that is associated with a new account type in Avaya Oceana®. After the account type is created, it gets displayed in the list of available input fields that customers can import or manually enter data.
Note:

The Avaya Oceana® Omnistore database comes pre-populated with four default account types: Account identifier, Credit card number, Social Security number, and Subscription Identifier.

You can add up to 16 new custom account types, apart from the four default account types.

You cannot delete account types that are not associated with a customer.
