Configuring Caché Superserver to use TLS

Prolog information
Use this procedure to configure Caché Superserver to use TLS on Data Center 1 and Data Center 2.
Important:
The system does not retain this configuration on upgrade. Therefore, you must do this configuration after every upgrade.
  1. Navigate to OCEANA_INSTALL_DIR\Avaya\Oceana\MMDataManagement folder.
  2. Run the OceanaDataManagementTool.exe configuration file.
  3. Go to Configuration and enter SSL info details.
  4. In the File containing this configuration's X.509 certificate field, browse and select Server Certificate.
  5. In the File containing associated private key field, browse and select the key.
  6. In the Private key password field, enter the new password.
  7. Click Save.
  8. In your web browser, enter the following URL to open Caché Management Portal:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    http://<ServerIP>:57772/csp/sys/UtilHome.csp
    <ServerIP> is the IP address of the server where you installed Omnichannel Database.
  9. On the Caché Management Portal login page, do the following:
    1. In the User Name field, type _admin.
    2. In the Password field, type Oceana16.
    3. Click LOGIN.
  10. Navigate to System AdministrationSecuritySSL/TLS Configurations.
  11. On the %SuperServer row, click Edit.
  12. Replace the Enabled ciphersuites text with the following:
