Loading license files in System Manager

Use this procedure to load the license files for Avaya Breeze® platform nodes and services that are used in Avaya Oceana®.
  1. On the System Manager web console, click ServicesLicenses.
  2. Click Install License.
  3. On the Install License page, perform the following steps:
    1. Browse to the location of the license that you want to install and select the license file.
    2. Click Accept the License Terms & Conditions.
    3. Click Install.
      STEP RESULT:
      The system installs the license.
  4. In the navigation pane, click Licensed Products to view the installed license.
  5. Perform steps 2 through 4 to install the license for the following services:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Context_Store
    • COLLABORATION_ENVIRONMENT (For the Avaya Breeze® platform)
    • Avaya_Oceana
      This license also covers UCM_Reporting.
    • Collaborative_Browsing_Snap_In
    • Work_Assignment
    • Collaboration_Designer
    • Control_Manager
  6. In the navigation pane, click WebLM Home to verify that the WebLM Home page displays all the licenses.
  7. After the services are running, perform the following steps to verify the licenses:
    1. On the System Manager web console, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Service ManagementServices.
    2. On the Services page, verify that the License Mode column for all the services displays a check mark.
