To receive incoming messages using ZangSMSConnector, you must include the SMS Request Url for your phone number on the SMS Portal dashboard.
  1. Log on to CPaaS SMS Portal.
    1. For CPaaS US Portal:https://us.cpaas.avayacloud.com
    2. For CPaaS EU Portal: https://eu.cpaas.avayacloud.com
  2. Click NumbersMy Numbers.
  3. Click the SMS configuration.
  4. In the SMS Request Url field, enter the sms request url for your phone number.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    This URL must be in the following format:
    1. For CPaaS US Portal: https://pubsub-us.cpaas.avayacloud.com/<AccountSID>/SMS/Incoming
    2. For CPaaS EU Portal: https://pubsub-eu.cpaas.avayacloud.com/<AccountSID>/SMS/Incoming
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Where <Account SID> is the Account SID displayed for the SMS account on the CPaaS Portal Dashboard.

    It is applicable for Avaya CPaaS and Zang SMS services only and not applicable for any other 3rd party SMS services
