Use this procedure to configure the OceanaConfiguration attributes in System Manager to enable connection from Context Store to External Data Mart (EDM).
On the System Manager web console, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®ConfigurationAttributes.
On the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
In the Cluster field, select ProvisioningCluster.
In the Service field, select OceanaConfiguration.
For External Data Mart Database Type, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, select Microsoft SQL Server.
For External Data Mart FQDN, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, do one of the following:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
For EDM DB HA, enter the FQDN of the Availability Group Listener.
For EDM non-DB HA, enter the FQDN of Microsoft SQL Server.
For External Data Mart Port, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, type 1433.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
It is the default port number.
For External Data Mart Database Name, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, enter the same name that you use when creating the EDM database.
For External Data Mart Username, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, enter the sa or non-sa user name to access the EDM database.
For External Data Mart Password, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, enter the password to access the EDM database.
For External Data Mart Persistence Type, do the following:
Select Override Default.
In the Effective Value field, select Journey.

Only the Journey persistence type is supported in Avaya Oceana®.
