Modifying the End Entity Profile to support Avaya Oceana®

Avaya Oceana® certificates require more DNS entries than is supported by the default settings in Avaya Aura® System Manager. Therefore, you must edit an End Entity Profile to allow additional DNS Entries. Alternatively, you can create a new profile for Avaya Oceana®.
  1. On the Avaya Aura® System Manager Web console, click HomeServicesSecurity.
  2. In the left pane, click CertificatesAuthority.
  3. In the RA Functions list, select End Entity Profiles.
  4. Select the profile to modify.
  5. Click Edit End Entity Profile.
  6. In the Other subject attributes area, from the Subject Alternate Names field list, select DNS Name.
  7. Click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Continue to add additional DNS Name fields to the SAN until you have a total of 7.
  8. Click Save.
