Use this procedure to remove the IIS Default page.
Important:
The IIS Default page has significant security vulnerabilities. Avaya recommends removing it.
  1. Log in to the Omnichannel Microsoft Windows Server 2019 server.
  2. Click Start Windows Administrative Tools Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  3. Click the server name.
  4. Double click Default Document.
  5. On the right of the screen, click Disable.
