Deleting the Avaya CRMGateway snap-in

Before you begin
Ensure that the Avaya CRMGateway snap-in is uninstalled.
  1. On the System Manager web console, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Service ManagementServices.
  2. On the Services page, do the following:
    1. Verify that the status of the service displays as Loaded.
    2. Click CRMGatewayDelete.
      STEP RESULT:
      The Services page displays the Delete Service Confirmation window.
    3. Click Delete.
Next steps
Verify that the Services page does not display the deleted service.
