Exporting Transport Layer Security certificate from MS SQL server

Use this procedure to import the Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate to System Manager.
Note:
Perform these steps only if MS SQL Server already uses a third-party certificate that System Manager did not create.
  1. Log in to MMC and go to FileAdd/Remove Snap-ins.
  2. Add the Certificates snap-in and click Ok.
  3. Navigate to your personal folder under CertificatesPersonalCertificates, and right-click the required certificate.
  4. Click All TasksExport.
  5. Click Next.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Certificate Wizard displays the Export Private key options.
  6. Select No, do not export the private key, and click Next.
  7. To select the required file format, select the DER encoded binary X.509 (.CER), and click Next.
  8. In File name, click Browse to select the file to export, and click Save.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The file extension is X.509(.CER), which you selected in the previous step.
  9. In System Manager, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Cluster Administration.
    STEP RESULT:
    System Manager displays the Cluster Administration page.
  10. In the Cluster Administration page, do the following:
    1. Select the check box of the row for the Context Store cluster.
    2. In the Certificate Management tab, click Install Trust Certificate (All Avaya Breeze® Instances).
  11. In the Install Trusted Certificate page, do the following:
    1. In Select Store Type to install trusted certificate, click WEBSPHERE.
    2. In Please select a file, click Browse to select the certificate from the MS SQL server that you exported earlier.
    3. Click Open.
    4. To review the certificate details before you continue, click Retrieve Certificate.
    5. Click Commit.
