Use this procedure to start Omnichannel Administration Utility from the Avaya Control Manager web interface.
Note:
If you are using Chrome or Firefox, then a ClickOnce plugin must be installed on the browser before the user launches the Oceana administration client or the OCMT.
On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click ConfigurationAvaya Oceana™Omnichannel Administration.
Click Launch OC Database Administration Client.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Control Manager starts Omnichannel Administration Utility.
