As an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role, you can configure screenpops that agents can view in Avaya Workspaces. Agents can access external web pages to complete their tasks using screenpops. For example, a screenpop can display information about currency exchange rates on the website.
On the Screenpops page, you can do the following:
Configure screenpop applications
Add, edit, and delete screenpops
Configure the screenpop priority
With Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect), you can create screenpops for each Communication Manager element that you add in Application Center Administration. When you configure the screenpop application or add a screenpop, select the value Hybrid Voice in the Contact Center field. You can then view the Channel and Provider fields. If you configure multiple Communication Manager elements, you can select a value in the Provider field. All the other fields are the same as available for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
