Deleting a timetable

About this task

If you delete a currently used timetable, the Business Hours task ends with an error. The interaction proceeds using the path that you have configured for the error output.

When you delete a timetable associated with a queue, Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud automatically disassociates the queue. Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud always treats the queue as being in hours.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Timetables.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To delete an individual timetable, in the row of the timetable to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.

    • To delete multiple timetables, select the required timetables and click Delete.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Confirm.
