Editing a timetable

About this task

Edit a timetable to correct an error or introduce changes to the timetable. You can create, edit, and delete timetable items.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Timetables.
  2. On the Timetables page, in the row of the timetable to edit, click the Three Dots icon and then click Edit.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a timetable item, click New.

    • To edit a timetable item, click the item.

    • To delete a timetable item, select the item and click Delete.

  4. Update the configuration and click Save.
