Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication scheme that allows users to log in with a single ID to several independent software applications. With SSO, agents can log in to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud applications such as Avaya Workspaces and Avaya Workspaces for CRM using the same username and password that they use for other applications.
Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud supports the standard browser redirect-based SSO using the SAMLv2 protocol.
Note:
Avaya Workspaces for CRM supports SSO on Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
