Deleting a callback experience

About this task

Delete a callback experience if you do not need it. If you delete an experience with assigned queues, the default experience is applied for those queues.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center.

    Application Center Administration displays a list of existing callback experiences including the default.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • To delete an individual callback experience, in the row of the experience you want to delete, click the Three Dots icon and click Delete.

    • To delete multiple callback experiences, select the experiences and click Delete.
