You can use any of the following mechanisms to configure users who can log in to Avaya Workspaces to handle customer interactions:
Use Application Center Administration to add users individually. For more information about adding individual users, see Configuring users.
Use the bulk user template to add multiple users in the Hybrid Voice tab. For more information about adding multiple users, see Adding multiple users. You can then import these users into Application Center Administration. For more information about importing multiple users, see Editing multiple users.
Use the Synchronization feature to synchronize the Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem entities such as Extensions, Agents, Reason Codes, and System parameter features from the Avaya Aura® systems that are on-premise to Application Center Administration on the cloud.
