Omni SDK is a set of integration capabilities that you can use to enable Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud messaging and call services on customer applications. You can use Omni SDK to configure Chat, Messaging, and WebRTC Voice services for Android, iOS, and Web applications.
Additionally, you can use Omni SDK to configure Push Notification services on customer applications. When you enable this service, customers receive notifications about ongoing conversations on Android and iOS devices.
