Creating file templates

About this task

As an account administrator, configure file templates for all email and messaging channels.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator or a supervisor.

Procedure

In the navigation tree, click Templates > File Templates.
On the File Templates page, click Create.
Fill in the fields.
Click Save.
