Omni SDK Messaging

Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud enables customers to embed omni SDK to their websites and mobile applications to provide a rich messaging experience to their customers. Omni SDK messaging provides a rich experience to agents and customers with support for rich media content such as images, docs, videos, postbacks, action buttons, carousals, and locations.

For information about configurations related to Avaya Messaging SDK, see Omni SDK.

Custom Messaging

Custom messaging provider integration enables customers with their messaging infrastructure or depend on third-party providers to integrate with Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud to route and handle interactions.

Customers can create multiple custom messaging connectors to integrate with third-party providers. For example, to integrate with SMS Gateway for Short Messaging Service (SMS) or with social providers or aggregators. Messaging APIs, are exposed as asynchronous public APIs which can be used to build a custom messaging connector.

For more information about custom messaging, see the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud portal for developers.
