Creating thresholds

About this task

You define thresholds at channel level within each queue.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Queue Threshold.
  2. On the Queue Threshold page, click New Queue Threshold.

    Application Center Administration displays the Queue Threshold pane.

  3. Update the Name, Description, and Associate with Queue fields.
  4. In the Answered After Threshold and Abandoned before Threshold areas, click Add Threshold.
  5. Update the configuration and click Save.
