As an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role, you can configure screenpops that agents can view in Avaya Workspaces. Agents can access external web pages to complete their tasks using screenpops. For example, a screenpop can display information about currency exchange rates on the website.
On the Screenpops page, you can do the following:
Configure screenpop applications
Add, edit, and delete screenpops
Configure the screenpop priority
To add a screenpop, you must configure a screenpop application on the Applications tab. The screenpop application is a URL that Avaya Workspaces uses for the screenpop content. You can pass a query parameter to the URL. You can configure screenpops for agents to use different contact center applications.
To add screenpops, use the Screenpops tab. When you add a screenpop, you must apply it to one or more existing channels. Each channel can have a maximum of five active screenpops. The remaining screenpops display
which indicates that the screenpops are not displayed for the selected channel.
Avaya Workspaces displays screenpops in the screenpop widget or a new browser window. You can also define the interaction state during which Avaya Workspaces displays the screenpop. The Screenpops tab displays the associated contact center.

If you create multiple screenpops, you can configure the screenpop priority using the Priority tab. The Priority tab displays the list of all configured screenpops. Five screenpops are active at the top of the list, and Avaya Workspaces displays them to agents.
