Deleting reason codes

About this task

Delete existing Not Ready reason codes or disposition codes if you no longer use them.

If you delete a Not Ready reason code or a disposition code from Application Center Administration, the agent cannot open the deleted code in Avaya Workspaces.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Contact Center > Reason Codes.
  2. On the Reason Codes page, for the code to delete, click the Three Dots icon and then click Delete.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
