POM displays this error message if it uploads data from a file and a failover of the Campaign Director occurs.

Procedure
Stop the import of data from the file.
For a failover of the Campaign Director, ensure that the same file exists in POM where Campaign Director is a master. Otherwise, the existing data source does not run.
Upload the file on the POM server again.
Ensure that the size of the file does not exceed 5000 KB.
If you use the file as a data source to upload information, ensure that the file is on the same system that the Campaign Director runs.
