Cause

On the POM server, the POM Cache Service does not work.

Solution

Procedure

To start the POM Cache Service, do the following:

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. In the content pane, on the Configurations tab, click Servers.
  4. On the Servers page, click POM Manager.
  5. On the POM Manager page, select the Cache Service check box.
  6. Click Start.
