Cause

One of the following certificates is about to expire:

  • The POM keystore certificate.

  • One of the POM truststore certificates.

Solution

Procedure

  1. If the POM server certificate in the keystore is about to expire, do the following:
    1. Generate a new CA-signed certificate.
    2. Replace the POM server certificate with the generated certificate.

      For more information about replacing POM server certificates, see Implementing Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager.

  2. If one of the certificates in the POM truststore is about to expire, do the following:
    1. Generate a new CA-signed certificate for the remote server.
    2. Import the generated certificate to the POM truststore.
