Cause

A missing or an unstable network connection.

When POM detects that all instances of the POM cache service are not running, POM displays this alarm.

Solution

Procedure

After the network connection is stable, to restart the POM Cache Service and do the following:

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. In the content pane, on the Configurations tab, click Servers.
  4. On the Servers page, click POM Manager.
  5. On the POM Manager page, select the Cache Service check box.
  6. Click Start.
