The system will display this error on all POM pages if the database is not reachable.

Procedure

  1. Check the Exceptions stack in the logs on the Tomcat server in the $CATALINA_HOME/logs/catalina.out file.
  2. Take appropriate action based on the exceptions.
  3. Make sure the POM database is running and is reachable.
