POM displays incorrect language

Condition

POM displays an incorrect language or the previously used language even after clearing the cache.

Cause

The i18nextLng key in the local storage still stores the older value.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. Press F12 to open DevTools and navigate to Local Storage.
  4. Select the domain or server.
  5. Right-click the i18nextLng key and select Delete.
  6. Refresh POM.
