Cause

On the POM server, the Dashboard Service is not working.

Solution

Procedure

On the POM server, start the Dashboard Service. To start the Dashboard Service, do the following:

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. In the content pane, on the Configurations tab, click Servers.
  4. On the Servers page, click POM Manager.
  5. On the POM Manager page, select the Dashboard Service check box.
  6. Click Start.
