Problem description
The application that a user defines for a specific campaign cannot start.
Proposed solution
Procedure
Ensure that you configure the application in EPM and specify the correct URL. For more information about the URL, see Implementing Proactive Outreach Manager.
If you use a contact strategy to define a URL, ensure you specify the correct URL.
