Problem description

The Campaign Director cannot retrieve the notification text that you specify in a node in the Campaign Strategy.

Proposed solution

Procedure

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. In the content pane, click Campaigns > Campaign Strategies.
  4. On the Campaign Strategies page, click a strategy.
  5. On the Campaign Strategy Editor page, click the node.
  6. In the Property column, click Description.
  7. In the Description field, type the notification text.
  8. Click SAVE.
