Problem description

For the current job, as POM evaluates the Campaign Strategy, POM detects that the name of the Handler node is incorrect or missing.

Proposed solution

Procedure

  1. Log in to POM.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  3. In the content pane, click Campaigns > Campaign Strategies.
  4. On the Campaign Strategies page, click a strategy.
  5. On the Campaign Strategy Editor page, click the Handler node.
  6. In the Property column, click Name.
  7. In the Name field, do one of the following actions:
    1. Optional If the name is missing, type the name.
    2. Optional If the name is incorrect, retype the correct name.
  8. Click SAVE.
