Adding agent locations

About this task

You can add agent locations to make it available to assign to an agent profile. Agent locations help determine routing for BYOC+H trunks.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Voice.
  2. To add a new location, on the Agent Locations tab, click Create Agent Location.
  3. In the Agent Location Name field, type the location name.
  4. Optional In the Description field, type a description of the location.

    For example "UK South".

  5. To apply dialing restrictions to the location, enable the Dialing Restriction switch and click Save.

Next Steps

Go to the Routing Rules tab and add the new location to a configuration.
