You can integrate your Facebook business account with Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud so that agents can use Facebook to interact with customers. Agents can use predefined templates in their Facebook interactions. If you have valid Meta credentials, you can create predefined templates on the Meta portal and add these templates in Application Center Administration.

To create a Facebook social account, you must have a valid Facebook profile and a Meta business account. You can add the Facebook pages and Facebook business account of your organization to the Meta Accounts Center portal and then create a Facebook social account.
