Creating URL templates

About this task

Configure plain text URL templates that agents can use to send replies to customer emails, chats, and messaging contacts.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator or a supervisor.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Templates > URL Templates.
  2. On the URL Templates page, click Create.
  3. On the New URL Template page, fill in the fields.
  4. Click Save.

    You can see the newly created URL template on the URL Templates page.
